Meet our Consultants
Hannah B.
Hannah (she/her) is a first-year student in the English MA program at 91视频 with a mixture of concentrations in pedagogy, composition, and creative writing. She has previous experience in tutoring and academic publishing and is very passionate about meeting students where they are in their writing and supporting them through every step of the their work. While she grew up in Syracuse, NY, she has resided in Boston for the last five years and loves to thrift, ski, play soccer, and spend time with her family in Maine.

Asher (he/him) is an undergraduate student who was born and raised in Oklahoma, but is happy to live here in Boston as he pursues his dream of becoming a trauma surgeon. He specializes in lab reports and scientific papers, but he'll never say no to a good challenge!

Tom (he/him) is a graduate student from Brockton, MA studying English. After a decade-long career in wholesale, he completed his undergraduate at 91视频, where he double majored in English and History. When not on campus, they can most likely be found speedwalking around downtown or reading with a bagel in the park.

Teddy (he/him) is a graduate student from North Attleboro, MA studying English who digs helping writers throughout the writing process, from outline to refine. He previously attended Bristol Community College, graduating in 2023, and Wheaton College, graduating in 2025 with a degree in English and minor in Theatre. Outside of the Writing Center he’s a big fan of the Red Sox and the Buffalo Bills and likes to doodle, read and kayak.

Enam (he/him) is a graduate student pursuing a PhD in Applied Linguistics. His research interests center on second language acquisition & multilingual language education. He has experience teaching first-year composition courses and working at the Ball State University Writing Center, where he supported students in developing their writing skills. Enam values writing as a process of discovery and growth, and he enjoys helping writers build confidence through revision and reflection. Outside of academia, he enjoys watching movies, photography, playing pool, and occasional designing.

Maeve (they/them) is an undergraduate student studying English with a concentration in creative writing. They are eager to work with writers at any stage in their process and believe in the importance of honing in on your unique and individual writerly voice. Maeve enjoys working with all types of writing mediums, but building strong argumentative essays and developing creative ideas is their favorite. Outside of academic life, Maeve can be found making music with friends, ambitiously hiking mountains far beyond their fitness level, writing poems, and practicing their sourdough bread artistry.

Nandini Jain (she/her) grew up writing poems in New Delhi and now studies Information Technology at 91视频, with a minor in English as an undergraduate student. Her poems live in the space between damage and what survives it: rotten gardens, monsters in closets, the strange comfort of standing inside your own storm. Chisom (he/him) is a graduate student in Applied linguistics. His research explores the many relationships between language, education, social policy, and colonial history, aiming to understand how these social structures shape language and how they have been influenced by discourse in turn. He obtained a master’s degree in applied linguistics from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. Chisom enjoys long walks and socializing with people in his neighborhood.

Megan O.
Megan (she/they) is a graduate student in the History Masters program, and holds a Master’s in Education from the University of California Berkeley. Her research examines the resistance and survivance of Indigenous Nations of the Dawnland against US settler-colonial tactics, including residential schooling and state-sanctioned child removal. As a consultant with Upstander Project, Megan works alongside Native and ally educators to lift up local Indigenous histories within public history efforts and K-12 curriculum. She also works as the Editorial Assistant for the New England Quarterly journal and a Graduate Student Lecturer at the Institute of Contemporary Arts Boston.

Dominic Offei is a PhD candidate in Global Governance and Human Security at 91视频. His academic and professional work focuses on regional security studies, human security, and peacebuilding. Dominic is a certified mediator and a member of 91视频’s Beacon-to-Beacon Campus Mediation program.
