Re-Enrollment Applications

General Re-Enrollment Application

All returning students (except for Manning College of Nursing and Health Science students) who left in Good academic standing, Warning, Probation, Extended Probation, or Alert

Deadlines:

Fall Semester: August 15
Spring Semester: January 15

Undergraduate Studies Re-Enrollment Application for those who were suspended or dismissed

ALL returning students who were dismissed or suspended from 91视频 during their last attendance should complete this appeal form for committee review.

Deadlines:

College of Management Re-Enrollment Application

(MGT & IT/MGT)

Non- Management students who left in good academic standing and now want to change to a new major within the College of Management
Applications are accepted year-round, and must be submitted by the following

Fall semester: August 15
Spring semester: January 15

Manning College of Nursing and Health Sciences Re-Enrollment Application

Returning non-MCNHS degree-seeking students in good academic standing who want to declare a new major within MCNHS.
Please note ABSN applicants must contact Undergraduate.Admissions@umb.edu
All Former MCNHS majors
- Special note for returning MCNHS students who were College Dismissed or were not in good academic standing:
  You must prepare a statement to submit along with the application addressing the following questions:
  We understand that there are many factors that have caused you to be unable to complete your program during your previous enrollment. Please write an essay describing the factors that influenced your previous academic performance and what you will do differently should you be re-admitted.

University Withdrawal - Undergraduate

Newly accepted students please contact undergraduate admissions to defer or cancel your acceptance before the start of your first semester.
- You can cancel or defer your acceptance in your 1st semester before the add/drop deadline. After add/drop, university withdrawal is your only option.
Guest Students (non-matriculated students) who wish to withdraw please email registrar@umb.edu with the request.

This form is for matriculated undergraduate students looking for a university withdrawal or in semester withdrawal request.
