Seasonal flu vaccines will be available by appointment. COVID-19 vaccines may also be available; additional details will be shared closer to the clinic dates ().
To reserve your appointment, please register online using the scheduling link below. Your online registration serves as your consent form, so no additional paperwork is required before your appointment. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.
